CHPCs help clients reach high performance (full engagement, joy, confidence and progress) in every area of their life through powerful discussions and effective habit-building across 12 core 60-minute sessions.

Most coaches work weekly with their clients for 12 weeks (a 90 day program) following our methodology. After the 12 sessions, coaches work with their clients to discern where to continue focusing on. (CHPCs get 12 new sessions per year, ultimately 48 sessions).

The first six of the twelve sessions are called "Quick Wins." They help clients explore and establish the high performance habits. The final six sessions focus holistically on the client’s psychology, physiology, productivity, people skills, and purpose.

Our approach is a holistic one—far more encompassing than just helping a client reach one specific goal like an accountability coach might. Clients don’t want to just hit a small set of goals anymore. They want total life transformation and alignment. They want to know they’re just as high performing at home as at work.

CHPCs deliver coaching through 60 minute sessions, delivered either one-on-one in person or on the phone or internet, or in group coaching via zoom. The process works for individual clients, or groups or teams at work.

No. This is a professional certification program that certifies that you have completed our training. This is not a franchise, “business opportunity,” employee relationship, referral program, or business partnership with GrowthDay or Brendon Burchard. We train you on a proprietary process for coaching, and then support you in your skill development as a coach for an entire year. 

We don’t send you clients or ask you for any of your revenues or your client contacts.

We only provide you the training and certification that you have completed your training. From there, running your business or scaling up your clients or teams in your organization is under your ownership.

If you are an entrepreneur, you are responsible for building your own business, marketing your own brand, getting your own clients—all without any obligation to HPI or Brendon Burchard. You build your own personal brand, find your own clients, keep all your money—you earned it! This means that HPI does not demand your client lists, request any accounting, or ask, in any way whatsoever, to be involved in your business, ever. All we do is certify that you’ve completed training and teach you marketing.

If you are rolling out coaching in your own company as an owner or employee or HR person, we do not ask for additional fees. You have the skill now, and you can roll it out to your company without further payment to us. That’s what the certification allows.

You will receive a mailed certificate at the end of your successful Certification training.

Once you complete Certification Week, your certification is good for one year, and we unlock our coache's marketing vault for you. We also guide you through a 4-week coach marketing system, which you can take on-demand at your own pace!

Then, we keep you motivated and learning with 12 ongoing monthly LIVE community zoom calls. You get to see your fellow coaches, discuss goals and obstacles, and learn new best-practices from successful coaches!

If you would like to continue after your 12 months, in order to receive more sessions unlocked each year and continue getting access to the community and monthly LIVE zoom calls, you can renew at just $499/year.  As part of this annual renewal fee, you will get to take the virtual certification week again and/or attend our Coaching Summit, a once-per year meetup of all our coaches! Please note: You are required to attend Certification Week at least every other year. We instituted this policy so that you continue your education and mastery. Why? Just as nurses and EMTs must re-certify themselves each year, we believe that world-class coaches should too. Continuing education is one reason our coaches outperform and are often charge premium prices. If you do not like the idea of coming back to Certification  every other year in order to learn new ideas, strategies for marketing, network with fellow coaches, and to deepen your practice and mastery, then this program is not for you. We aim to be the world’s best. And the world’s best train on a continual basis.

You can attend Day One of our four-day Certification online. If you don't love it, then you can receive a full refund! Just email our customer support and let us know that you don't wish to continue to Day 2 and we'll refund you. No refunds once Day 2 begins.
